WARRANTY

VAYU warrants that all our products are fit for their intended use and free of manufacturing defects in material or faults due to poor workmanship. If you experience that your product is delivered with, or has developed a fault, please email us before returning any goods in order to avoid unnecessary postage fees.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

You're covered by a statutory warranty based on the rules in the country where you bought your product. Under EU law (Directive 2019/771), you’re entitled to at least 2 years of protection if your product has a manufacturing defect or stops working as expected during normal use.

In some countries, this protection may last longer depending on the type of product.

This statutory guarantee exists alongside any commercial warranty we offer, it does not replace or limit your legal rights in any way.​

PRODUCTS BOUGHT ON VAYU.WORLD

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the vayu.world web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. VAYU cannot warrant that the content of poc.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. VAYU may at any time change the content of the site. Though VAYU strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Part of the services mediated through vayu.world are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where VAYU act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. VAYU cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. VAYU cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.
