INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN

  1. Please start your order return here (create link).
  2. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip. VAYU members ​in the European Union receive both a packing slip and a prepaid free return label. ​VAYU members in US, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and Asia Pacific region will receive a packing slip but are responsible for arranging their own return shipment. This includes creating a shipping label and ship the return with chosen carrier. ​Non-VAYU members will receive a packing slip but are responsible for arranging their own return shipment. This includes creating a shipping label and ship the return with chosen carrier. ​
  3. Print the packing slip and put it inside your package together with the items you wish to return.​
  4. Send your package to the address on the packing slip and keep proof of postage until your refund arrives.​
  5. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 10 business days after we receive your returned goods.​

RETURN WINDOW

  1. Standard purchases: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date.​
  2. Return items must be new, unused and include all the original tags and packaging​
  3. If the returned item does not meet the criteria, the item will be returned without refund.​
  4. North America Region: Items marked down by 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

  1. For VAYU Members within the European Union: returns are free.​
  2. For non VAYU members: return shipping will be at the customer's expense.​
  3. For all customers living outside of the European Union (US, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and the Asia-Pacific Region): return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. ​

EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchange. If you wish to receive a different version of the product ordered, the best process is to submit your return and place a new order for the preferred product.
