We do not guarantee that all the items available at the vayu.world web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. VAYU cannot warrant that the content of poc.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. VAYU may at any time change the content of the site. Though VAYU strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

In situations where VAYU act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Shopping directly at vayu.world is a convenient service for our customers. We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favourite items. The full line from every collection will be made available as soon as they arrive at VAYU. When you receive your package you can try your gear in the privacy of your own home and we have a 30-day return period, if you need to send something back for a full refund. Returns are free for VAYU Members in the European Union. We operate Monday to Friday 10.00am - 4pm (working days) and not on public holidays.

WARNING: Beware of Fake VAYU websites. This is the official VAYU website and often fake ones appear on the internet. Heavily discounted pricing is often a red flag. We urge you to use good judgment and VAYU is not responsible if you are victimized by the fake websites. Your use of fake VAYU websites is at your own risk.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

TRADE MARKS

Our trademarks include VAYU name and logo (amongst others). These trade marks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trade marks.

VIOLATION RULES

VAYU reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJOURE

In case of Force Majeure, FAYU´s obligations are suspended. The contract between you and VAYU can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by VAYU. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. VAYU will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions on poc.com are processed using Adyen, a third party security online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. VAYU makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

ORDER PROCESS & CONFIRMATION

All orders are processed within two business days at VAYU´s warehouse in GER in Europe. Shipping takes between 2 and 9 working days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of use are construed in accordance with German law and you agree that the German courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
