Highlights EOS V2

EOS V2

“The new EOS II series is a natural evolution of the EOS I, continuing its legacy with key refinements. The Middlestruts have been optimized for improved handling, and sizes 3.0 to 5.5 are now Clickboom-capable, allowing a single Clickboom to be used across the range for simplicity and convenience. All sizes come equipped with optional soft, carbon short handles and carbon booms. The Leading Edge (LE) tube has been enhanced with Aluula Aeris X-FX86 in the center section, delivering greater stiffness and stability.
The canopy is built from a blend of Teijin D2 and Teijin D5 fabrics, offering balanced stretch and improved durability. For better visibility, the windows are now made from new Dimension-Polyant X-Ply. The EOS II extends the excellent performance and handling of its predecessor in a refined and high-quality package.”

Technologies

TRI-FORM 3X
TRI-FORM 3X is VAYU’s proprietary three-material Leading Edge technology, combining ALUULA DCC 160 with dual-
density Dacron in a layered construction. Each material is placed with purpose: ALUULA provides ultra-high tensile
strength and minimal stretch; the outer Dacron layers offer abrasion resistance and directional flex control. Together, they form a high-stiffness, low-weight skeleton that resists deformation under load, enhances canopy tension, and improves response at every wind angle. Engineered for
durability, aerodynamic stability, and consistent power delivery.

FLOW GRID
FLOW GRID is VAYU’s engineered canopy structure based on a Progressive Canopy Layout that blends multiple Teijin fabric densities to optimize performance across the wing. Reinforced sections deliver strength and stability where it’s needed most, while lighter materials reduce overall weight and
improve reactivity. This smart zoning enhances canopy tension, improves power control, and creates a crisp, responsive feel
in all conditions, whether you’re pumping onto foil or holding steady at full speed.

POWERED BY ALUULA
At the heart of our wing lies Aeris FX-86, an ultralight Aluula composite positioned in the center of the Leading Edge, the
most critical zone for stiffness and load transfer. This advanced material delivers unmatched strength-to-weight performance,
reducing flex under pressure and enhancing upwind drive and control. The result: quicker acceleration, improved handling in gusts, and a lighter, more reactive feel in every move.

CLICK-BOOM READY
Fully CLICK-BOOM READY, featuring reinforced boom mounts
and optimized handle spacing to seamlessly integrate with VAYU’s Click-Carbon-Boom system. The one-size boom fits all
compatible wings (3.0 to 5.5). It’s quick to mount, easy to travel with, and and reduces uncesseary gear.

F.A.Q.

For whom is the EOS V2 made?

The EOS V2 suits riders who value precise handling, balanced power, and easy control. From progressing intermediates to advanced freeriders. With its shorter wingspan and stiffer frame, it reacts instantly and feels lighter in the hands, especially appreciated by smaller riders.

Even motivated beginners will enjoy its smooth balance and predictable behavior.

It’s ideal for:

  • Riders who love freeride, freestyle, or wave sessions in variable wind.
  • Those upgrading from entry-level wings to a more dynamic, high-performance setup.

Anyone seeking a durable, agile wing that combines lightness, maneuverability, and control.
What makes the EOS V2 different from the AURA V4?

The AURA V4 is built for wave / freefly / freeride riders who want an ultra-light, reactive wing with natural drift.

Compared to the AURA V4, the EOS V2 has:

  • A shorter wingspan for quicker handling and easier control in stronger wind.
  • A stiffer frame that delivers fast response and improved maneuverability.

A more compact feel, ideal for freestyle and riders who prefer a lighter, more reactive wing.

If the EOS V2 is your go-to for tight maneuvers, explosive pop, and direct power thanks to its compact wingspan and stiff frame, the AURA V4 is built for smooth carving, efficient glide, and balanced handling in waves or downwinders.

How many PSI do you recommend for the AURA V4?

For optimal performance and canopy tension:

  • Leading Edge: 7–8 PSI
  • Strut: 6–7 PSI

Always check your pump’s pressure gauge and adapt slightly for your weight and temperature conditions. Colder air = lower pressure. Warmer = release a bit to avoid over-inflation.
How should I care for my EOS V2?

Avoid prolonged UV exposure.

Rinse with fresh water after salt use.

Dry shade only; never store wet.

Do not exceed 8 PSI.

Proper care ensures years of crisp performance.
