Maximales Volumen bei kürzester Länge. Die zentrierte Volumenverteilung bringt ein absolut
direktes Boardgefühl und bleibt dabei einfach zu kontrollieren. Das FLYR ist das
Go-To-Board für jeden Fortgeschrittenen Wingfoiler.
Der ausgeklügelte und durchdachte Bottom Shape erlaubt es dem Board, Fehler zu
verzeihen und dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder auf das Foil zu bringen.
Dieser Shape ist kompakt und stabil mit viel Volumen. Durch das hohe Volumen für seine
Größe ermöglicht das FLYR ein viel kürzeres Board zu fahren, als du es für möglich
gehalten hättest. Die tiefe V/Doppelkonkave in der Nose sorgt für eine schnelle
regenerations nach Touchdowns.
Abgeschrägte Rails für genügend Freiraum bei Turns in der Welle oder bei engen
Freestyle-Moves.
Unser Design hat ein stufenförmig abgerundetes Kick-Tail hinter den Foilboxen, das ein
aktives Pumpen und schnelles auf das Foil kommen ermöglicht. Dieses Board will aktiv auf
dem Foil bewegt werden.
Die Fußschlaufeneinsätze kommen standardmäßig in "Y"-Konfiguration mit der zusätzlichen
Option am hinteren Fuß, entweder "duck-stance" oder "off-center" zu gehen. Die
"Y"-Konfiguration ermöglicht es eine doppelte Frontstrap-Einstellung oder eine
Surf-Style-Einstellung zu surfen. Eine zusätzliche Reihe von Einsätzen an der Vorderseite
ermöglicht es, den Winkel des vorderen Fußes ebenfalls fein einzustellen. So bringt es alle
Optionen, um die perfekte Haltung zu finden.

Nose V-Shape
Helps with touchdown recovery. The V-shape in the nose breaks the water surface on touch down, so the board splits the water instead of sticking to it. This makes for a gentle dive and quick Release. Low volume in the nose allows you to “dive” through a nosedive instead of getting stuck. Steep bevelled rails, the spine and double concave in the nose combine to allow tight turns when the side of the nose is touching the water. For faster release the double concave helps to funnel air under the board assisting faster release.
Compact Outline + High Volume
The shorter the board the less swing weight which makes it more agile and and manoeuvrable when foiling. Less surface area means more aerodynamic. The extra nose and tail volume means extra stability when not foiling. The volume in the nose helps recovery when coming off the foil or nose-diving. A shorter board is much more effective for pumping as well.
Concave Deck
The concave in the deck helps to position the rider lower and makes the board more stable to ride. It increases the volume in rails making it a more balanced and stable shape. It also helps to keep the board under you while knee starting. In turns it helps you to engage the toe side with your back foot.
Centerline Arch-Bar and Tail Kick Pad
The longitudinal arch bar serves as a tactile stance reference for precise and fast foot placement which is crucial when foiling. Additionally, it makes for a better hold while using footstraps. A Tail pad and a front pad serve as a visual marker for your feet making it easier to find your stance. A tail kick pad in case you are riding strapless.
Foot Strap Inserts
come standard in “Y” configuration with the additional option on the back foot to go either “duck-stance” or “off-center”. The “Y” configuration allows you to go double front strap setup or strapless. An additional row of inserts in the front allow you to finetune the angle of your front foot as well. So you have full options to find your perfect stance.
Flyr Epoxy construction
Light yet durable epoxy composite construction. Glass fiber layup around an EPS core wrapped with Multi-step vacuum process. The foil track mounts and foot plugs are inserted in high-density closed cell PVC foam with additional reinforcement patches in key areas such as boxes, centre spine. A lightweight paulownia wood patch layer in the entire stance area for greater impact resistance and rigidity. It comes with a hand sanded matte and high gloss finish.
BOARD VENT
The Vent allows air to pass in and out of the board, while preventing water from entering. Hassle free since it is factory-fitted and does not require any adjustment. No need to open and close. High volume sandwich boards are affected by extreme temperature changes. To avoid damage a two-way vent is installed in the deck. Still avoid exposing your board to extreme heat and sunlight.
